Question:
Is it legal to use MemHandleResize() on handles created with DmNewHandle()?
There is a DmResizeRecord() function, but this would not apply to a handle
created and attached as ApplicationInfo.
Also, since this DmResizeRecord() returns a handle, is it busy (as if you
had called DmGetRecord()), or not
(as if you had called DmQueryRecord())?
