1. No such table exists currently.
2. I'm not sure I understand your problem regarding ROM messages.
These are all, as far as I know, written in English using 7-bit
ascii, thus Poser shouldn't have a problem displaying any of them.
Which version of Poser are you using, on what platform, and what
ROM(s)?
3. If you have an app that generates a fatal alert with Shift-JIS
text, then recent versions of Poser (at least on a Macintosh) will
display the text correctly. I don't know if a version that does this
has been released to developers, but 3.0a4 should work properly with
all versions of Japanese ROMs.
