If you open the resources with ResEdit, you'd find that although the
resource IDs aren't 10000, the menu IDs (a separate concept on the Mac) are.
There's no way to edit the menu ID itself in Constructor, although later
versions of Constructor do seem to set the menu ID to match the resource ID.
