Palm.net decompression algorithms?

When bytes come from palm.net they're either uncompressed, compressed using
LZ77 or compressed using "bitpacked" compression.  Do the routines to
uncompress bitpacked (or even LZ77) exist anywhere in the libraries?  If
not, is there some place that I might get them?
