Does someone need something to develop?
Here is an idea/challenge for someone...
Make a program and corresponding hardware
that would let a palm device display extended gauges and readings from
a vehicles computer.
Should let you see things like fuel economy, RPM, temperature, whatever is
available from the diagnostics cable.
Put Palm in special cradle on dash and have "digital or analog" dash!
Of course there different vehicle types etc so hardware would vary. And
availability.
You might even have shops ordering it!
