PalmOS 3.5 SDK still no go.

Any hints where it is hiding?  I need to use the Srm* features of 3.3
but there is no 3.3 SDK; someone from 3COM said that I should look for 
the 3.5 SDK, but I can't find it anywhere.

Help?
