As I recall, you have to add a #define to trigger the
PRECOMPILED_HEADERS_OFF clause that is in pilot.h. You may wish to put
this in a "wrapper header" that sits on top of pilot.h, so that you don't
have to add it to all your cpp files, or muck with pilot.h directly.
