the -O2 only works if you need to sacrafice around 5k of code
space :)) it all depends on your code :->, it is not a pernament
fix thats for sure (but if you are only doing a bug fix - its ok)

wow.. it was hard to find.. thank god i bookmarked it :)) i use
it for my LoadRunner II game (code segment is like 40K).. and never
had a problem.. maybe i shuold use the new version of multilink
(i was using a beta). david sent me a small message for one serious
patch - but other than that, never had a problem :)
can someone at 3com put this in the FAQ? it is one of the workarounds
for gcc to get the large code model (like in CW) :>
