  you can have as large a program as you like (as long as it fits
  into the memory).. but the limitation is that each code segment
  may not be larger than 32K (for code jumping purposes)..

  64K is the limit for a single resource :> 

  there is nothing stopping you from having 100 64K resources in 
  a PDB file (which would be 6.4Megs).. i created a file to test
  this myself.. and it installs fine on a Palm V (although at 
  115200 bps.. bit slow :>>)
