Try searching www.palmgear.com There is at least one utility that will
convert a text or word file to one of the Palm DOC formats (Documents to go
at www.dataviz.com, most readers/generators are reviewed at
http://www.the-gadgeteer.com/docreaders-review.html#ToGo). If you require
the conversion for your own program, there is a different utility that will
create PDB files from your data (done on the PC).
