I am trying to use a Palm IIIx OS 3.3 to do a direct serial
connection to RAS running on my NT workstation. The script I am
using is:
Send CR
Send CLIENT
Send CR
Send CLIENT
End
It starts to negotiate the connection, and then sits at that
dialog for a minute or two. Then a new dialog "Error: PPP
timeout (0x1231)" appears.
The exact settings (ip address, user name, password, script, 00
phone number etc.) on a Palm III OS 3.0 connecting to RAS on my
NT workstation works.
Has anyone been able to do this successfully?
