OK, I've received several messages, so I know the list server is up. For
those of you wondering, it appears that the digest mode may be out of
commission. I run in digest mode and I haven't received a digest since
1999-11-24.
I sent a "digests" command to retrieve recent digests, and I found that
there are no digests available after 1999-11-24.
