[ANN] Installation Kit for PalmOS software

To those of you who are interested, we just released the free Public version
of our light installation kit for PalmOS software.

It can be downloaded from www.beiks.com/download/catapult.exe . For now it
supports only the Windows platform.
The Commercial version is expected to be released by the end of the year.
