Hello,

Thanks for your help.

Short of writing a gadget is there any way I can remedy the row selection
situation? I tried returning a true after a tblEnterEvent and handling the
highighting myself but the tblSelectEvent and the tblExitEvent events don't
seem to get generated if a true is returned after handling the
tblEnterEvent.

Simple answer:

(1) is correct, thats way you have to do it.

(2) is a well known persistent OS bug.
So you'll either have to live with it or write a mass of code, and I'd
recommend just living with it.
(I think, from reading this forum, the bug is still present even in v3.5)
