Provider Pavilion?

I want to download the ROMs for use with POSE.  Is there any way to become
a member of the Provider Pavilion if you are a developer not working for a
company?  All of the profiles they ask you to fill out are for companies.
What should I do to get membership in the Pavilion as a lone programmer?
