With Codewarrior, you can move the .mcp file and all the sources directly
over. The resource files require a little manipulation to split out the
resource fork from the data fork. I think that's covered in the FAQ (go to
the "Start Here.html" at the root of CW6 and follow the links to Metrowerks'
site).
