Hi,
   I'm NEWBIE to development on Palm, so forgive my ignorance!  But I've got 
to get a conduit working THIS WEEKEND (talk about pressure...).  The "answer" 
seems to lie in finding the conduit wizard.  I've downloaded the CDK 3.0 to 
my Windows/98 platform, which is full of useful stuff-- but I CAN'T FIND THE 
WIZARD.

    Any help?  (Sending to palm-forum too, since that seems more active.)
