There must be a problem with CW R5 and multibit icons. When I open the icon
resource in the Constructor, the "Four Greys (2 bit color) option under the
"Colors" menu is greyed out.  If that's the only reason my small icon isn't
working, I guess I'm out of luck until I receive the next release of CW
(which they don't seem to be in any hurry getting to me).  In the meantime
I'll try downloading CodeWarrior Lite.
