is it possible to run .pqa apps on the emulator by selecting Device = Palmvii and Rom file = rom30dbg.rom

i choose the New command on the emulator and chose Palmvii 
i am using  rom30dbg.rom . so is it possible for me to run .pqa files
on this setup. or i require some other rom image. if yes then on which 
rom image these apps will run.
