I tried to look at the new knowledge base articles on install, but the knowledge base is down. I am making calls to the InstAide.DLL file during install, but on at least one system, an error "CondMgr.DLL" not found is generated. When the user does a search, the condmgr.dll file does not exist on the system at all. However, HotSync works just fine. They are using Win98, and Intellisync 2.0 in Sweden, not the usual Palm stuff. So, how is someone supposed to install a file into a system that has no CondMgr.dll? Will a conduit even work on this system? What other files do we need to check for and install?
