how to use ERROR_CHECK_LEVEL

I  have used some macros in my app like ErrFatalDisplayIf
now i want to make these inactive so how i sould use ERROR_CHECK_LEVEL.I
know that when ERROR_CHECK_LEVEL  is equal to ERROR_cHECK_NONE then
all those are not compiled.But to do it what should i do?
