I understand that I can have as many tables as I want. What I want to hear
is how other developers would do if they have to include all the
information, use one overall table or individual tables. By the way, I use
Oracle Lie and it is a relational database modal.

By using the word table, you're implying that you are using a relational
model. Whether you have one or 25 physical tables depends entirely on how
you implement your model. With Satellite Forms, I believe you would get 25
tables (and then some). I can't speak for Pendragon Forms, Sybase Lite, or
Oracle 8i Lite. If you implement your own datdabase structure using Unique
IDs or record indices, you can puts all 25 tables into one database.
