He's probably referring to the Hardware for Europeans. If you are European and go to
the hardware discount page you get a message saying that the service will be in place
shortly. This message has been in place itself for over a year.
But I got once a message from the Palm European marketing guy, Eric .. something, that
to get a discounted hardware device you should get in touch with him directly. I dont
remember his email but you can find it on the Pavillion pages.
