If you had Release 5 previously and then installed R6 (Lite or full) this
might be the reason why (from the CW for Palm R6 release notes):
* The Windows IDE has a sporadic crasher that occurs during launch
immediately after upgrading. If this occurs to you, remove the
folders named 'CW Debugging Cache' and 'CW Autosave' from the folder
named 'Metrowerks' inside your Windows directory.
