What Palm desktop? ...boy, you really are new, aren't you? :-)
There's only the launcher, and all apps show up in the launcher, so you're
on an even footing with everyone else. If you want to make one of the hard
buttons (or the soft buttons in the graffiti area) launch your app, go to
the Prefs app and look at the Buttons panel.
