Multi-segment Shared Libraries

Hi folks,

Is it possible to build multi segment shared libraries?

Assuming no (likely), is this an OS restriction or is it that a
compiler has not been built to do this yet?

Technically speaking, if we can have multi segment apps, why not
multi segment shlibs?
