Sure you can. The easiest way is to open Memo DB, allocate chunk
(DmNewHandle), lock it and then do formating, writing in etc. the way you
want and attach it to Memo DB (DmAttachRecord) at the end. You can even
create debugger's own category in Memo DB for such entries. It's very
usable method, I've tracked one freakin' bug that way...
