Hi Mahendra,
I tried building and running the Palm OS 3.5 stationery using a setup
similar to yours (Win 98 Second Edition with all the latest MS patches), but
I haven;t encountered the error you are seeing. We did see something similar
to this in a previous release (Release 4) where the stationeries that went
onto the CD had a resource.frk folder at the root level with the read-only
flag (if I remember right) set. The workaround then was to delete the
resource.frk folder at the root of the stationery folder. In your case,
could you try deleting the current copies of the Palm OS 3.5 stationeries
from the Stationery folder, and recopying the ones from the Palm OS 3.5 SDK
ZIP file? Let me know.
