If you are using Release 5, you may want to download and install Patch 1 and
Patch 2. There were some issues in the original R5 IDE (IDE 3.1 build 135)
that were improved/fix in the patch. You can get the patch at
www.metrowerks.com/download, search by product for CodeWarrior for Palm
Computing platform 5.

Yes, that's a known bug. The fix is to go into the Windows System folder and
delete or move the DIB.DRV file out of the folder. This should not have any
side effects on your system.
