Do apps get some sort of cleanup opportunity
when they are deleted, perhaps an app start
w/ a special start code?
I can see the need for this in apps that redirect
system traps -- if you delete them while the traps
are still redirected, you could have problems. If
the app had an opportunity to reset the original
trap vectors before it was deleted, things would
be safer.
So ... do apps have this pre-deletion cleanup
opportunity?
