Palm-mobile phone IR sync?

Hi all,

I'm out to buy a new mobile phone. Do you know about any software  that
enables IR comunication between mobile phones and the Palm III.
I'm expecially interested in the sync of adress book and phone numbers of
course.
What brand of phone and model should I get?
