Nope, there is no StrToUpper. Starting with Palm OS 3.1, you can call
TxtTransliterate to do upper-casing if necessary. Another option is
the TxtGlueUpperStr routine found in PalmOSGlue.lib (part of the
up-coming 3.5 SDK), which will work correctly even on 2.0 and 3.0
ROMs.
