INetLibCheckAntennaState appears to be called when opening a mailto URL or
sending to an http or https URL. It works by first calling KeyCurrentState to
see if the keyBitAntenna is set. If not, it presents the dialog you see.

When running under Poser, you could patch KeyCurrentState() to always set
keyBitAntenna in the result. In the meantime, I'll try to determine why Web
Clipper doesn't have this problem.

Subject: Re: POSE with an INetLib Palm VII app?

Thanks for replying on this, I bracketed some of the INetLib calls to
see where the antennae query is being raised, and its at the following
line:

err = INetLibURLOpen (libRefNum, inetH, (unsigned char*)str, NULL,
&sockH, -1, 0);

All previous INetLib calls (Opening, Config'ing etc) work just fine it
seems (no errors return), but when POSE hits the above INetLibURLOpen,
it pops up the screen asking to please raise the antennae, which I
cannot seem to do in any way in POSE (the app also runs fine on a true
Palm VII machine, but of course I would prefer to debug initially on
POSE).

I set on logging for System events as well, and did notice this was in
the listing of calls:

3.497: --- System Call 0xA82B: INetLibCheckAntennaState.

I don't believe I ever call this directly in the app, so I assume one
of the INetLib calls call this, and as a result, this is where I
assume POSE is getting tripped up?

Thanks for any and all further thoughts or ideas on this issue.
