Try creating a blank file with the name starter.tmp

Hello,
I'm new to the Palm developement environement and I had downloaded, the
CodeWarrior LITE for trying to do my first program. I'm begun with a new
project from the Palm OS 3.1 Stationery but when I wont to make the
project, I always obtain this Error:
Project: Project1.mcp, Target: Starter
Link Error : Could not open file: C:\project1\RESOURCE.FRK\Starter.tmp
I had tryed to find this file, but it don't exist on my drive.
Some body can help me???
