I'm already well into the resource compiler right now, but I'll take a look
-- thanks.  The resource compiler does quite a lot and should be easy enough
to use -- it'll work with any .PRC file, it'll decode resources, compile
them, replace them, clone them, and so on.  I'm also working on a visual
resource construction tool, but here we prefer to have things textual...
