Hi Alagesh,

Huffman encoding works well for text documents (it's based on the fact that
some letters are much more common than others). You can find an introduction
to Huffman on our website:

It's rather geared towards Visual Basic, but the techniques can be fairly
easily converted. VB is a great language for prototyping this sort of thing,
anyway.
