in the palm OS refrerence 3.3 that i downloaded from
the devzone and in the knowledge base the prototype
for INetLibOpen looks like this:
INetLibOpen (Word libRefnum, Word config,
DWord flags, DmOpenRef cacheRef, DWord
cacheSize,Handle* inetHP)
in the 3.0 SDK it looks like this and it doesn't work
either.

does anybody know if there is a document describing
the second function prototype?
