Does PALM have SUPPORT?

Is there such a thing as PALM tech support for developers?

I have sent THREE messages to them, and even called code warrior
to try to solve my problems, and I have received no responses,
and code warrior is no help.   I do not have any phone number for
PALM developer support, and I am told by codewarrior that there is
none!
