To: palm-dev-forum Thanks for all those who helped me with the ROM upload to POSE. I got it working finally, so I thought I will try to explain the process a bit more clearly for others who are trying this. Though very simple, it took me a few hours to figure out what is going on. 1. Make sure you can HotSync between PC and Palm. 2. Exit HotSync (one thing I forgot here was that in the PC, the HotSync app is always running in the backgound) So you need to kill the process (in my case, it was using COM1) in your PC and close that from your Palm. 3. Then use the same port to do the ROM upload (in my case COM1) - I think you can shoot for the highest speed...115,200 bps.. looks like it is a good 10-15 minute process Hope this helps.
