Shankar,

Because of the way things work now, the IDE will still put up a GUI, but you
can tell it to quit. Use a command like this:

ide "c:\Windows\Desktop\MyProject\MyProject.mcp" /r /b /q

This tells the IDE to open MyProject.mcp, remove object code (/r), build the
target (/b) and quit (/q).
