There is no (and will be no) SDK for Palm OS 3.3.  Instead, the sdk team
skipped to 3.5, so as to have a version of the SDK that contains everything
you need, and is available even before the OS is done.

You can get the 3.5 sdk from the seeding program of the Provider Pavilion,
and use it for all 3.3 (or any other version) development.  See
