It is fairly straightforward to display BMP images to the screen of the 
Palm Computing (r) device, provided your image fits on the screen
and is uncomplicated.

Loading them onto the device means you have to write a custom 
conduit to do that.

For sample code I'd suggest going the 3Com web site and looking
under "signature', since what you are trying to do is equivalent to,
but the reverse of, collecting signatures on the device and uploading them
to the PC.   There is sample code available to show you to do this 
somewhere (because I was greatly helped by it), but I don't remember 
where.
