Resource File documentation?

I am about to step over that precipace and begin coding my first Palm app.
Woo hoo!

I am having trouble finding documentation on how to manually create a
resource file.

Does anyone have a link to point me to, or a document to send me, that would
describe in detail all the elements, and their attributes of an .rcp file?
