If you are using CodeWarrior, this is normally included in the default
stationery projects in the C/C++ Language panel (check your Project
Settings). If memory serves, the Palm OS 3.5 SDK doesn't include or use
<Us.Prefix.h> which is probably why the IDE is complaining (you still have
it in your settings, but it isn't in any of the access paths for the
project).
