WinDrawBitmap
Purpose: Draw a bitmap at the given x and y coordinates.
Prototype: void WinDrawBitmap(BitmapPtr bitmapP, SWord x, Sword y)
Parameters: bitmapP Pointer to a bitmap.
x, y The x and y coordinates of the top-left corner.
Result: Returns nothing.
