I jumped the gun when I said this was not the problem. Turns out I had several related problems. The main problem was that I had a FldSetSelection(), in my SetFieldText() function, that was to clear a selection. Don't know why that caused the problem. But it did. But I had another field that used large font and the field height was indeed to small. Just changed that and it worked.
