OK, I guess my question better stated would be how do I create a bitmap
resource
larger than the default size that the constructor creates...

Use another bitmap editor (i.e. WinX Paint), copy your resulting bitmap to
the clipboard, open Constructor, greate a bitmap resource large enough,
paste. Tada!
Put it on a form by creating a form bitmap and setting it's bitmap Id to the
one you just created.
