Hi Pete,
Sadly, yes. All of our dynamic web content is unavailable until the new box is
up and running. That includes the Creator ID pages, the Knowledge Base, and the
Technical Questions page.
The good news is that the new box is now running, but they still have to install
all the appropriate database files.
