I have found a really good utility to create Palm databases on a Windows machine.
The utility is called csv2pdb.exe The page for it is
http://vger.rutgers.edu/~tdyas/pilot/. It even has facility so a meta file can
describe the data types of each column that is being imported.
The only downside I have seen of it is that there are no options to set the
Creator ID and type of the pdb that is created. The source is posted so I'm sure
that can easily be placed in.
