Manage multi-segment project

Hello,

    I'm currently working on a multi-segment project for Palm OS. It
contains lots of  template instances. The problem is I can't find how to

fine tune the arrangement of the generated code to avoid out of range
16-bit references.

    Until now this problem was quite manageable. But  it seems that in
one file (some does more than 32k because of template instanciation)
references are out of range.

    Do you know how i can automatically arrange the files in segments
???
